The Scarlet Knights Track and Field Day Camp, Northern New Jersey's premier destination for track and field student athletes, is home to 3 specialty sports camps for children and teens, grades 3 to 12. For the past 10 summers, campers have enjoyed the most exciting and fun track and field curriculum available.

Youth Development Day Camp

The Youth Development Day Camp was developed to introduce young athletes to this sport rich in tradition and history. Our program combines teaching and "learning by doing" fundamental track & field and cross country running skills with safety and a major focus on fun! The Youth Development Day Camp is open to boys and girls currently in grades 3-8.

Emerging Elite T&F Day Camp



Mission

The Emerging Elite Track and Field Day Camp demonstrates the fundamental track & field drills and skills that continue to power our "60 year tradition of T&F Excellence". Come learn the techniques and training methodologies behind one of the premier high school track & field programs in Northern New Jersey.  This day camp is designed to help all track & field
athletes who are looking to level up their specific T&F event performances.

Cross Country/Endurance Day Camp
 

Mission

This day xc camp is designed to help the distance athlete begin his/her summer cross country training correctly. Campers will build knowledge and fundamentals, while enjoying great runs. Our team will help campers develop a more efficient stride with the help of technique drills.   

All athletes grades 9-12 are welcome!  We believe that if you learn how to run, and train properly, it can help you no matter where you fall in the athletic arena.
